How Life Oracle handles your data
LIFE ORACLE
Last updated 27 August 2026 · Infinium Research Inc.
Life Oracle is published by Infinium Research Inc. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, write to morethanapple@icloud.com.
Life Oracle has no user accounts and no sign-in. We do not know who you are, and we hold no profile of you on any server we control.
| Information | Where it goes | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Name, date, time and place of birth | Stored on your device; sent to our AI provider each time a reading is generated | These are the inputs a reading is calculated from |
| Portrait photograph | Uploaded to our AI provider's private storage and read through a temporary link | Face reading is one of the four traditions in the report |
| Completed readings | Your device only | So you can reopen and export them |
| Purchases | Apple, and our payment provider RevenueCat | To confirm a purchase and track how many readings you have left |
| Language, sound, text size and lock preferences | Your device only | So the app opens the way you left it |
We want to be plain about this, because it is the one part that may not be obvious.
A portrait cannot be read by the model while it stays on your phone. When you begin a reading, the photograph is uploaded to our AI provider's private storage and the model reads it through a short-lived link. The link expires; the stored copy does not. Our provider offers no way to delete an uploaded file, so that copy is permanent.
The upload is private, not public — it is never browsable or searchable, and it is not used to identify you, shown to anyone, or used to train anything. But we cannot promise to erase it, so we will not pretend otherwise.
Every completed reading is written to a database inside the app on your own device. There is no cloud copy and no backup on our side. If you delete the app, or use Erase all readings in Settings, they are gone and we cannot recover them.
Because readings are stored on the device rather than an account, they do not follow you to a new phone.
Your device's language setting is read once, on the device, to choose which language to open in. It is never sent anywhere.
If you turn on the optional lock in Settings, your device performs the check and tells the app only whether it succeeded. Life Oracle never receives your face or fingerprint data, and Apple does not share it.
Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see your card details. We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and to keep count of the readings you have bought. That record contains the purchase itself, not your name or contact details.
Life Oracle is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes in a way that affects what leaves your device, we will update the date at the top and describe the change in the app's release notes.
